PRO-TEK™ WPC will be presenting its new engineered vinyl flooring innovation at the Asset Management & Maintenance Conference & Exhibition later this month. The National House Federation’s annual conference - hosted at the Birmingham Conference & Events Centre (17 and 18 October) - gives housing association delegates access to content and networking tailored to their sector. PRO-TEK™ WPC will be showing its full range of natural-effect floors, which have been designed to provide quality, safety and performance, and to speed installation.
Throughout the conference, three keys themes will include improving safety and compliance; strategic asset management and quality. The exhibition, which has been running for 26 years, forms the hub of the two-day event, and PRO-TEK™ WPC will showcase its forward-thinking design collections on Stand No. 32.
PRO-TEK™ WPC is a new type of engineered vinyl flooring which has a 100% waterproof WPC (wood plastic composite) core, with a glueless ‘click’ joint. A premium IXPE foam underlay forms the base of the construction, speeding installation and eliminating problems associated with ‘telegraphing’. The floor design also provides acoustic impact sound performance up to 24db and all materials used are 100% recyclable.
The new designs can be installed in all locations - including bathrooms, basements and over underfloor heating – and there are wood and stone-effect design options to suit all specifications. The range also includes matching WPC vinyl-wrapped accessories, from doorway T-bars, to stair set tread and riser profiles.
